Studio space to share, approximately 400 sq ft work area, $250 per month plus 1/2 of the utility bill, use of gallery and office space are included.
Gallery can also be rented for shows and parties. To rent the gallery for an exhibition is $300 with NO percentage taken on any sales.
To rent the gallery for a party or reception is
$200 per event plus a $100 clean up charge.
