Can we film in your home?

Looking for whimsical, cluttered living room in which to film scenes for our movie: What I Love About Concrete. Should appear to belong to a fairy godmother type character, who is a wacky librarian. Plusses but not necessary: bookshelves, flowery prints on furniture or wallpaper, lamps, a slightly eerie atmosphere.
